• Organization Details
  Company name, role, service preferences

  Pages visited, actions taken within the platform, time spent

• Call Interaction Metadata
  Time and nature of incoming calls (e.g., marked urgent vs. routine)
  We do not store or record call audio unless explicitly authorized in writing by the client.

How We Use Your Data

• Deliver and improve the SerVoice platform

• Provide support and respond to inquiries

• Communicate product updates and relevant news (if you opt in)

• Ensure service reliability and monitor usage patterns

Data Protection & Confidentiality

We use industry-standard security protocols and encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest. Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

If we store any personal health information (PHI) as part of your use case, we will require a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to formalize HIPAA responsibilities.

Voice & AI Model Usage

We do not use your voice recordings, transcripts, or any call data to train AI models unless you’ve given us explicit written consent. Your data stays private, and model performance is never improved at the expense of your confidentiality.

No Third-Party Marketing or Links

SerVoice does not share or sell your data to third-party marketers. We do not serve ads or use external tracking tools. You’ll never find random third-party links on our website.

Your Rights

As a user, you have the right to:

• Know what information we collect

• Request access or corrections to your data

• Ask for your data to be deleted (where applicable)

• Withdraw consent for communications

• Review or sign a Business Associate Agreement if needed
